Hassle free monthly auto-pay tuition will be charged to your account/credit card on the 1st of each month. No additional charges occur when bank account is connected. If using a credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to payments. If payment is declined a fee of $25 will be added. If payment is not received a late fee of $10 will be charged. 

Tuition is based on an average of 4 weekly classes a month. No additional tuition is charged if a 5th class occurs in a month and no refunds are given for studio holidays or missed classes. Fees are non-refundable. Unused classes and make-up classes are non-transferable. Make-up classes must be taken within one month of missed class. Student must be enrolled in at least one class in order to use make-ups. Parent/student must notify studio through text or email a minimum of one hour prior to missed class to be eligible for a makeup.

Adult classes are subject to be cancelled for the day if no one is enrolled 1 hour prior to start time so please enroll early! 

**Any class/classes a student wishes to cancel or pause must submit a cancellation notice 30 days prior to the first of the month to prevent being charged for the next 30 day cycle.
